Enterprise Rent A Car ripoff business from hell Austin Texas
Enterprise:Rip Off Business
I had my car fixed in November, I decided to use Enterprise for my car rental. They would not except my debit card or check for the deposit and the $24.00 dollars owed for rental. So, I left a check to hold a car for me while I went to the bank. The manager stating he would'nt deposit the check and would return it when I returned from the bank. Upon returning the manager took the cash and also deposited my check.
Now money was owed to me and I was told to put stop payment on my check and Enterprise would take care of the charges. Which they did by check. When I deposited the check, much to my suprise, there was a stop payment on Enterprise check and more fees. Once again they wrote me another check for the amount owed and my fees. I recieved my car back and two months passed. The check that I put stop payment on was redeposited by Enterprise and money came out of my account again and more fees were added.
In all this time I recieved a few checks. A check cashing location informed me thru an attorney, it also had stop payment. Now I owe $185 for a $40 screw up by Enterprise. You would think they should pay!!!! That's not the case. They refused!
