I signed a contract woth this company. Now, a lein has been placed on my property without any mention in the contract. It will take 6more years to pay the system off. To top it all off, no promosed supplys were delivered, the plumbing was not installed correctly and massive damage was left in the front yard.
I just tried to obtain a home improvement loan through the Texas Veteran's Landboard and was denied due to a lean being on my deed. I was shocked seeing as payments had been made on time. Seems to me something isn't right with this whole deal.
If there is any litigation happening for this company, I would love to be a part of the proceedings.
