Environmental Products LLG They keep sending me products I did not order. I have 3 unopened boxes. Product is foul smelling and did not do anything to relieve problem! Fairview New Jersey
I once tried this Environmental Products Drain and Commode line and tank cleaner and found it foul smelling and it did not do anythig!. They called me and I stated that I did not like their product and had 2 unopened boxes.
They gave me a spiel about using it every month. I said I had and it did not do anythihng! I stated I did not want any more of their product and they sent me a new full bucket anyway. I now have 3 unopened boxes (buckets).
What should I do? Should I send all three boxes back ...and what do I tell the post office since I do not wish to pay the shipping.?!?
Should I write Environmental Products and tell them that I did not order it, even after their sales pitch by phone, and that I will not open them or pay for them?
What should I do next?
