Hi Tammi! Chad certainly was a smooth talker on the phone--wasn't he?! I posted elsewheres on this site (I think that I'm #16 dated 3/4/03) about ePenzio and their affiliated companies. Chad had also called my husband and I--wanting us to get involved with selling websites as well as Datek (not exactly sure what that was about as it has been awhile ago). At that time our credit cards were maxed out and so we were able to get rid of this smooth pushy talker. To cancel Bridgeview Bank, look at the back of your 'contracts'. On one of them should have their number. When you call, they will give you a fax # as to where to send your cancellation letter. Also, go to Pacific WebWorks and e-mail them with your intent to cancel. These people should call you within a day or two confirming your cancellation request. To cancel penzPay you can e-mail them. The MOST important thing to do is to file your complaint with the Utah Consumer Protection Agency. The link is www.commerce.utah.gov and the contact is Mr. Ao Pauga. His phone: 801-530-6601 and his fax: 801-530-6001 Keep up the good fight! ~Janet~
