Well, they got me too ! I started in year 2000, and since I only do my website business part-time and lots of my sales are check or cash, I didn't stumble on all this mess until Saturday, August 5th, 2006 when a customer used a mastercard to pay for an order. I've entered his order, but now I can't collect because the merchant site does not exist anymore. Here is a list of involved parties in the scam they ran on me...
Bridgeview Pmt. Solutions @ 800-733-3322 / fax # 770-916-3373 where the credit cards supposedly cleared thru and they gave me a checkbook ( which I never ever used ).
Web Resource Group, 6774 S. 1300 E., Salt Lake City, UT 84121 @ 801-567-1700 / Fax # 801-567-9042 who collected $380 lumb sum total which we weren't told about along with 19.95 per month.
Web Resource Group changed to Best Payment Solutions who hit me for 25.40 every month for maintenance fees whether I used the merchant clearing for credit cards or not....They still had the gall to hit my account for June 2006 even though the company they are collecting for does not exist anymore ! I will be calling them tomorrow @ 877-877-8164 to cancel and see if I can get any refunds! Best Pmt Solutions is located at 2525 Horizon Lake Dr Ste #120, Memphis TN 38133.
Epenzio / Penzpay has a customer svc dept # 800-494-1563, plus 800-335-2372 plus 801-365-1000 plus 801-365-2300 / fax # 801-365-1010. Good luck with any of them ! They have web addresses of epenzio.com - penzpay.com & [email protected].

I am very very interested in being involved in any class action suit that may be in the works..I spent thousands all total over a 6 year period and would really like to get some of that back ( if not all ). I have all the info they originally sent me along with notes & payments, etc. If anyone has any information on this, please contact me via this report, if possible.

PENZPAY / now coming thru as PLUG'N'PAY (with an 800 # that has been disconnected - I called it ) hit my checking account for $ 10.00 maintenance fee today, August 8th 2006 !!! And, to add insult to injury, I called ( and actually got a real person ) Best Payment Solutions who Direct Debit my checking account monthly for $15.20 and $ 10.20 maintenance fees ( for nothing, obviously) and a minimum....I cancelled my account this morning, was told to fax a letter of cancellation with an explanation and ACH's would stop and the account would be closed.... Imagine my surprise when I go into my credit union and alert them to what is happening and see not 1, but 2 ACH's hit my accounts !!! HOW DO WE STOP THESE PEOPLE !!! Also, the Previous months ACH via Penzpay had another 800 # on it...800-923-8651 which I promptly called tonight to cancel ACH's and my account... Shocker !! A recording answered.. Alliance Technologies, A Credit Card Processing Company serving Thousands of Businesses !!! The call kept re-routing and ringing but all I got was the stupid recording over and over again. So, NOW WHAT DO I DO ?? Any help would be greatly appreciated...Thx
