The reason they won't take your calls is because they have no insurance to cover your move. They applied for a license last August, but it was not granted because of the lack of insurance. Sorry to say you will probably not see any money back for your broken furniture. EPIC RELOCATIONS 7381 Washington Blvd. Suite 106 Elkridge, MD 21075 Principal: Tierra Smalling, Office Manager Local Phone Number: (866) 796-0422 An additional address is: SUITE 105 6770 OAK HALL LANE COLUMBIA, MD 21045 And their registered agent is: NATIONAL REGISTERED AGENTS, INC. OF MD 11 EAST CHASE STREET BALTIMORE, MD 21202 Mail sent to this address will get to them. I suggest to send everything via Certified Mail. Since they don't care about moving illegally, it's time to report them. Call the Maryland Movers Council, which can't do a thing, but can direct you to the appropriate agencies. Call the MD Attorney General. I checked the registry of their website, which seems to have been stuck on "Under Construction" since last August, and it is registered to: Audra Gilmore Epic Relocation Systems, Inc. 6770 Oak Hall Lane #105 Columbia, MD 21045 301-497-0115 301-497-0113 [email protected] This last part worries me, as Giant Van Lines is a HUGE scamemr in Jessup, had an exposee on Fox News and everything. They have inspired spinoffs , Chesapeake Movers, and now Epic Relocations, where employees use Giant's email as contacts while they set up new companies.
