Hey Beverly, So let me get this straight; You actually think it's Kohl's responsibility for her Epilstop outbreak. Come on be serious. Lets say you park at Kroger and a handicap sign falls over on your car while your in their shopping. Would you march into Kroger and demand them to pay for it. I think not, that is the landlords responsibility to cover the damages, plus there are other stores that would be in that shopping center also, why wouldn't the tanning salon or the video rental store be responsible. Same scenario, you go to the one who MADE THE PRODUCT. You sound like the type of a person that likes to create frivelous lawsuits and ruin things for everyone else. Later

HEY, to the one that bought the epilstop~ just mark it down as a lesson learned. Get into a skin care system that you can try before you buy( like Mary Kay Cosmetics). THat way you will know if you are allergic to it before you buy it. Plus Mary kay is hypo-allergenic. Also it is 100% refundable. Dont mess with the department store buttholes, THey dont care and its so easy for them to blame it on the other guy.(as you read in the first rebuttal.) thanks and God Bless~

You are obviously an unreasonable customer and a stupid and don't know what in the hell you are talking about. If you think Kohl's is responsible for your outbreak on your skin or even EPILSTOP for that matter you are totally wrong. I have used this product before and nothing happened to me. Get a clue, because you must have used it on your head and it sank through and ate part of you brain. Do you not know or have thought that every kind of cream, drug, food, and etc.. reacts differently to everyone. =====>>>> DUH, you are obviously allergic to it and had a bad reaction to it, so it is not Kohl's fault and you certainly should have not mentioned their name in this online posting. Also, they dont owe you any time loss of pay and neither does EpilStop but to refund your money for the product ONLY since it did not meet your needs. It's people like you that whine and complain that gets good product and medications taken off the market. Everyone's body reacts differently to everthing. So cash in some sick day pay and stop your whining and let your new skin problem clear up, because it will, your not going to have any skin damage or scarring to your precious Barbie Dream Doll Face. What if you find out one day your allergic to a food, are you going to sue the restaurant or the company that made the food??? Get a life!!!!
