Eppicard Does not want to refund my child support money that was stolen off of my card . San Antonio Texas
I filed a report with the company Eppicard about a dispute on 6/26/2014 about funds that was deposited from Nys child support on 7/15/2013 for $5,319.81 that was on my card that was stolen and funds were used without my authorization . Eppicard told me to fill out a disput form and I was told i will get a Provisional credit of $1,881.40 until further investigation was done . But to no avail they told me case was closed without further notice . I didn't recieve no notice or feedback from them that case was closed , they didnt even refund my money back or resolved this issue . I was told to file another dispute which makes no sense to me . They are just ripping me off of my money .
