Contacted local rep (Professional Marketing in Chandler, AZ) and purchased a new $23,000.00 Epson Stylus Pro GS6000 3 years ago bought an Epson preferred extended warrantee that expired 2 months ago. Called local rep and was told they were busy and the earliest appointment would be 10 days. This printer our only source of income for our business generating $1,000.00 a day. Several call were made and I thought we were making progress and promised a repair as of today. We are now 14 days from the initial call and phone calls are not being returned. I called another service company and they said print heads are out of stock with Epson and a new shipment will arrive on September 13th and will be shipped out as orders are received. No confirmation I will get mine at that time.
I will not recommend or purchase any more Epson Professional Imaging Products by Epson America, Inc. or trust my business to Professional Marketing. Try Mimaki, Roland, Cannon, Mutoch or Hewlett Packard.
