Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Summary: We purchased a brand new Epygi M32 PBX phone sytem. It is a piece of crap and gives us constant headaches and problems every day since the day it was brought in. Our dealer -- Lextel -- stopped answering our calls about 2 months in. Epygi has made no effort to resolve the problem and has refused to even honor their one year warranty.

When our dealer was unable to resolve our problems and ultimately stopped taking our phone calls we even hired in third party programmers to try and resolve the problems. These guys have also exhausted all their options so we asked Epygi to replace the sytem... and crickets. No response, no help. Apparently they don't even believe in their warranty.

I should also point out that I would ask questions on the Epygi forum which would be removed since "Nobody would be able to help us with this problem". Thanks Epygi.

I cannot emphasize enough how horrible this system is. It is clear from the Administrative interface that this program was not written by someone with English as their first language. As a programmer, I even have difficulty figuring out where features are hidden.

One year in, we are calling the entire purchase a total loss and are in the process of looking for another phone system.

Short List of issues (oh there are plenty more than this too): 1. customers who simultaneously call in would get connected to one another rather than to our business. 2. dropped calls in mid conversation. 3. paging sporadically stops working. 4. clicking noises on the line. 5. music on hold must be converted to weird format -- doesn't use standard wav or mp3 files. 6. calls on parked lines move around to other lines on their own. 7. paging moves active calls to hold until the end user pushes the hold button again. 8. paging is limited to a certain number of lines -- no all page option. 9. every upgrade breaks something significant. 10. calls go to voicemail rather than ringing the phone.
