Wikipedia and all other International Internet Links were Used to Commit Tort Crime ~ Severe Libel & Character Assassination Masterminded by Eric John Diesel Against the Innocent Victim - Pearlasia

A historic Alcoholic, Drug Addict, Chronic Liar, Mentally Insane, Bi-Polar, Schizophrenic, Opportunist Felon Eric John Diesel (Diesel EJD) had manipulated the information on Wikipedia and all other Internet Links, to cause severe case of Racism, Tort, Character Assassination, Libel, Vicious and Slanderous Crime towards the Innocent “Pearlasia and her Innocent family esp. her children and friends”.

Eric John Diesel is facing severe punitive damages of millions of U.S. Dollars caused to Pearlasia and her Innocent family esp. her children and friends”….. Diesel has been in hiding since these evil vicious acts he had committed from 2010 to present against the Good Samaritan Victim- Pearlasia.

Wikipediaand all other internet social media, investors hub, quatloss were been manipulated by the most notorious computer hacker, the alcoholic, drug addict, chronic liar, mentally insane, opportunist felon Eric John Diesel, with the intention to spread malicious lies, libelous information and false statements, twisted and fabricated stories of Diesel’s own version of false stories. Diesel created all other unreliable sources and internet links, mass emailed to people and/or potential investors, to destroy the reputation of Pearlasia, the innocent and altruistic victim. The readers of Wikipedia were led to believe that the “Innocent Pearlasia, her children and friends” were criminals and fraudulent. The information and links were just pure delusional and came from the pigment of the wild imagination made-up articles of Diesel, just to avoid paying the already mounting huge amount of punitive damages and debts that Diesel owed to the Innocent Pearlasia.

The Victim, Pearlasia was a true benevolent, selfless and altruistic Good Samaritan that in Dec. 2009 rescued and helped Eric John Diesel, who was just at that time “Diesel was unknown” to her. Diesel asked for mercy to Pearlasia because he claimed that he was dying and needed medical attention and urgent assistance! Pearlasia, as a true Good Samaritan, saved Diesel’s life and his real estate properties, in which at that time were been put up for Tax Lien Sale on June 25, 2010. Pearlasia practically saved this insane, delusional and ungrateful, inhumane Eric John Diesel’s life, provided medical support, fed, dressed, housed and that he was saved from being homeless after being evicted from the house in Los Angeles for non-payment of lease. Furthermore, Pearlasia also saved the Tax Lien Sale of the real estate properties that Diesel claimed he owned, because he had not made any payments in the Santa Clara County, California the property taxes for over 6 years.

Eric John Diesel was, is and always be an Alcoholic, Drug Addict Oxycontine- HydroCodone), Chronic Liar, Bi-Polar, Schizophrenic, Opportunist Felon Eric John Diesel who claimed to own “Several Real Estate Properties” in the 1980’s. 

Eric John Diesel was a true felon and was found guilty at numerous times of DUI (Driving under the influence of Alcohol and Drugs), driving with revoked driver’s license, guilty of avoiding payments of the real estate property taxes in the Santa Clara County and “guilty of violating the engineering Santa Clara Building Code Violations”. Diesel was ordered to repay over $350,000.00 USD fine; that in order to avoid the sale of the real estate properties Diesel immediately transferred the subject real estate properties to his ex-girlfriend Daniela Marinnechi. Now Diesel had accused the X-Girlfriend Daniela Marinnechi of stealing his “real estate properties”. Diesel accused Marinnechi of a crime of stealing the properties, where in fact, the truth was that Diesel transferred personally all the subject properties to Marinnechi as fast as he can. Marinnechi was used to avoid the crimes Eric John Diesel of non-payment and engineering violations, Diesel himself had committed against the Santa Clara County Engineering and the Property Taxes Division.

Eric John Diesel is a Racist! The same circumstance how Eric John Diesel committed a serious “Human Rights” crime as a pure “Racist” accusing all Filipinos as kidnappers and criminal after he was done using Pearlasia and her Filipino friends’ of their true hospitality, kindness, generosities, benevolence and altruistic values. Diesel falsely accused Pearlasia of wrong doing, had fabricated false information that Pearlasia had never done before in her life! 

Eric John Diesel is a User and Abuser! Diesel continuously use other people, entice them with false promises to pay these innocent people; and when it was time to repaying these people who graciously rendered services and lent their helping hands and believed in Diesel; yet in reality in order to avoid the promised payments, Diesel twisted the stories to badmouth these good people, stabbed them in their backs like a piercing knife to kill his victims emotionally, physically and mentally. The truth of the matter was that Diesel was even more of the true fraud and criminal. Diesel would release and publish false statement, spread malicious false information and fabricated stories all viciously made up stories about his victims who crossed him. This heinous act is a Severe Violation of Human Rights against innocent people in particular to Pearlasia and her children.

Eric John Diesel is the biggest Chronic Liar who ever lived, who survived because of the Good Samaritan “Pearlasia”.These are the facts:

1. Eric John Diesel created hundreds or thousands of alterations of vicious links and fabricated stories purely lies and destructive articles into Wikipedia and other internet links from 2010 to present.  These fabrications had led to some people or investors, using the Wikipedia as their information sources and confused the media by destroying the reputation of the innocent Victim Pearlasia.

2. The Wikipedia Fraudulent reports created by Eric John Diesel went viral for over 24 months from 2010-2012 and even to the present, building up hits about the false and malicious statements created by Diesel that were posted in the Wikipedia links he fabricated and manipulated, just to mislead and defraud readers, the people/investors to turn against the Innocent Victim Pearlasia.
3. Eric John Diesel made up the fraudulent scheme on Wikipedia to rely on Diesel’s phony self-created “Internet Links or Articles”. The numerous articles he created and posted as Wikipedia articles such as:

       ……..“Crime Committed by Pearlasia Gamboa” created by himself, making it appear to be real and absolutely true.  The Wikipedia article said “______________________________________”. 

      …….. “A fraudulent Internet information of Diesel article such as:  “Pearlasia Gamboa and all other innocent victims” states that Pearlasia earned more than ___________________________________ records, as well as numerous Crimes………………………………………….”,

     There were so many numerous “fabricated links after links” that Diesel maliciously published all over the world, with his attempt to purely destroy the character and reputation of the innocent Pearlasia.

      4. Eric John Diesel broke and hacked into all the Wikipedia links whenever he found “Good Articles of the Good Samaritan Deeds of Pearlasia”, to be replaced by “False Statement of Crimes” that Diesel viciously created linking Pearlasia with “all other Criminals” that Diesel wildly and insanely created and fabricated. 

      5. Eric John Diesel deleted all the possible derogatory negative information about other people and he used these horrible heinous reports to be replaced with Diesel’s own criminal version of false statement and replaced with various links that headded in the Wikipedia.Diesel deleted the entire “Actual & True” stories or articles and referencing to Eric John Diesel vicious and criminal tort acts of character assassinating Pearlasia.            

        6. Eric John Diesel sent mass emails to various organizations followed up by mass emailing to almost every government agencies in the world and to the innocent business associates of Pearlasia. Diesel threw elaborated fake stories and false statement, fabricated in the Wikipedia and all internet social media press conference. Diesel cut and pasted the true and positive Good News about the Victim Pearlasia, that Diesel replaced with malicious and destructive false stories about the Pearlasia, just to cause severe destruction of her reputation, to character assassinate the victim, to lose the victim’s credit worthiness, to cause the victim’s friends and associates, thus avoiding Pearlasia. Most of all Diese4l had caused the victim’s company stock’s value to fall to sub-penny due to his “destructive bashing in the I-hub and viral internet links”.

      7. These Fraudulent Internet Eric John Diesel Fabricated Articles were also created maliciously and published to all other internet social media and newspapers worldwide to make it appear to be related to the “purported historic crimes that Pearlasia committed’. The fact was that these were absolutely all False!

      8. Diesel used the false innuendos to “threat and bully”just to scare Pearlasia so that she would give in to continue to paying for Diesel’s expensive drugs, which was a form of a blackmail. Furthermore so that Diesel will avoid paying his huge punitive damages and mounting debts costing over million dollars of serious punitive damages Diesel had created to the Innocent Victim Pearlasia”.

      9. Diesel repeatedly violated the Cease and Desist Order, that was posted, sent and filed by Pearlasia in the Redwood City Police Department, the San Francisco Police Department, the  Los Altos and the Los Angeles Police Departments to Stop Eric John Diesel from continuing to post false articles, false links, false statements and malicious libel on Pearlasia. The police Department did not listen to the purported cases that Diesel had filed, because Diesel was known for his chronic drugs used, alcohol abuse and the fact that he was then at that time just been out of the mental hospital (from 2010 to 2011 came out of the Peninsula Hospital Mental Center, Stanford University Mental Hospital, Cedar Sinai Hospital and all other numerous California hospitals too many to mention). Diesel had been interned due to his mental instability “5150” diagnoses, caused by his serious drug addictions - the use of hydrocodone and oxycontin). Pearlasia had notified Diesel numerous times by email, including all his other “friends” because Diesel has been hiding in places such as the “S.F. Strip House Clubs” so that the “Cease and Desist Order” will be formally served. Diesel is still in hiding and won’t disclose his whereabouts up to the present. Diesel can only be found in the cyber-space, still hacking and posting false informationagainst Pearlasia.

      10. Diesel defrauded and avoided paying the i). Santa Clara County, ii). The Landlord in Millbank, Sherman Oaks, Southern California, iii). The other people who rendered services to him. Diesel refused to pay all these other generous and kind people, tried to pull a fast one thus avoiding paying especially Pearlasia for the punitive damages that Diesel maliciously created.

       11. Eric John Diesel had defrauded the US Bank and Bank of America that is why Eric John Diesel was placed in the Chex System ergo he can never open a bank account.

As a result of this malicious, defamatory and libelous articles, Pearlasia had suffered chronic illness: became severely ill with hypertension, stress, asthma, brain hemorrhage and now under a disabled state caused the temporary shutdown of her companies.

Pearlasia is and forever a True Good Samaritan! She is benevolent, generous, selfless and altruistic Filipina with a Heart of Gold!  In 2009 to 2011, Pearlasia had extended a helping hand to keep Eric John Diesel alive by giving him a place to stay, pay his medical expenses and all his hospitalizations, emergency rooms bills and buy the very expensive drugs addiction to oxycontin and hydrocodone and alcoholism. Pearlasia was an innocent Good Samaritan, was never been associated to any of the false information created by the fraudulent Internet Eric John Diesel articles and links.

The vicious and evil acts used to implicate and character assassinate Pearlasia by Eric John Diesel was because he is an absolutely a Racist towards Filipino Citizens who had shared the true generosities of Filipnos, that had kept Diesel alive! Diesel is an ungrateful, selfish, arrogant and the know-it-all s****.>
