Erick is not a man of his word! I've been dealing with Erick since February 2016 when I sent him $3000 to develop a cpn with tradeline package. He told me it would be 45 business days until my file is completed. I waited the exact time and contacted him when that time frame was up. At first, there was no answer and his voicemail was full. Then he text back saying he was in a meeting and he would call back. He never did so I called back the next day trying to get an update of my file. He gave me lousy excuses saying that one of the tradelines never posted and told me to wait until the end of May 2016. In the meantime, I've visited Ripoff report to see more and more reports being filed against him and I hate to say it but I believe I have been a victim of this con-artist as well. He NEVER updates his clients on what is going on with their file, if you try to call, he'll probably text you back saying "Im in a meeting" or "Im not in the office right now, I'll call you back" which he never does. I also told him that if he can't produce my file, I would like a refund. He promptly texted back asking who I was. I also noticed on his Youtube channel that some of his customers would post comments asking why he hasn't produced their file and why is he scamming them and believe it or not, those comments would be deleted within hours of them being posted!!!! I will be seeking legal action against Erick Brent because you have to be truly cold-hearted to scam hard working people out of their hard earned money!!

Hey. I was also Scammed by Erick Brent as well. I filed on here, 5/13/16. I'd like to know from you, whats your current status quo, pertaining to the Demand letter? Did Erick Brent receive it. Because I'm wondering if the address his company is to be located at, is outdated? Your response will be helpful. Thanks in advance.

I am also a victim of Eric Brent. Sent him money in February and soon after cannot get a response from him. Will like to join the lawsuit against him. Will be filing all paper work on him.

If you guys want to start a lawsuit, you have to write a demand letter first to start a formal paper trail of your intent to get a refund. Thats what im doing. If he doesn't respond within the time frame that you specify, you will have to start a suit in California small claims court because that is his home state. It should work because I contacted one of his former victims and she said she eventually got her refund back but you have to stay on his back about it.

It's funny because everything you have said about him is the same that has occured to my husband and i. We paid him 6250 and flew to california and meet him. I have been diligently watching rip off report and watching more and more reports filed against him. Its sad because my husband and I believed in the things he was saying, but at this poitn I can only feel that we've been taken for a ride. Sad..

I would like to join with lawsuit or how to get started on my own I filed on here against him and he needs to pay for stealing from me and my family and is now trying to scam people with network marketing with that crypto currency he's on YouTube trying to reel people in and needs to be stopped
