Editor’s Comment: October 26, 2021 -. Ripoff Report believes in transparency and the more information the better. In this instance, there has been court action regarding this subject Report. We believe it important to note that not all Court Orders are alike. Many court orders are absolutely legitimate and we make no representations about this court order situation. However, we want our users to be aware that sometimes courts enter orders based upon default which typically means that the defendant didn’t show up. Sometimes a defendant won’t show up because they didn’t even get notice of the case proceedings in the first place and other times defendants may not show up because they don’t necessarily have the knowledge and/or the financial resources to fight. ERNEST JACQUET CONTINUALLY LIES TO THE COURT TO PERPETUATE HIS FRAUD.
The induvidual he claims was his employee was in fact his business partner who ERNEST embezzed money from and ran his business into the ground within 5 short months.
There is no police investigation, and never has been. Again, another ERNEST JACQUET LIE.
ERNEST JACQUET'S MORAL COMPASS IS BROKEN. (((REDACTED)))
ERNEST JACQUET HAS BEEN UNFAITHFUL TO BOTH HIS WIVES for at least 18 year that we know of. He had a second cell phone to perpetrate his infidelity against his wives MADELINE JACQUET and SUSAN JACQUET. We have first hand witness account of his cheating at his Harbor Towers Condo, his Martha's Vineard home, at Brian Cunha's home in Rhode Island, at the Superbowl, and on his America's Cup sailboat FREEDOM. Ernest also routinely bragged about his infidelities with his female crew while sailing abroad, at the Playboy Mansion "cave pool", paying four prostitutes to have sex with him at the same time, etc.

These allegations on this website are false, defamatory, and the subject of litigation. This individual has used the Rip Off site in an attempt to extort money.
He is engaged in an inappropriate campaign to defame anyone he is unhappy with without regard for the truth or the damage he does to others.
The individual who made the original post above, and multiple others just like it, is subject of two Temporary Restraining Orders to stay away from and stop contacting three people, including the person that is the subject of his posting above. Those Temporary Restraining Orders are in place for three years.
The Restraining Orders are filed in Superior Court of California Orange County and bear Case Nos. 30-2017-00948591and 30-2017 00948596.
The person who made the original post above is also being sued for Fraud and Defamation in another lawsuit pending in Orange County Superior Court of California, Case No. 30-2017-00935903.
On November 3, 2017, the court hearing the fraud case against this individual denied his request to block access to his banking records and ordered that they be turned over to facilitate the discovery of his fraud and embezzlement.
The individual is currently under investigation by the Irvine Police Department for financial wrongdoing.

In a Google search for Kari Kohen-Leasure, her picture shows up on a site called dawhois.com as "A Thief and a Lier. Beware? Do not Trust Kari Leasure, aka Kari Cournoyer, Kari Kohen. This site is provided a s public service to anyone that has any contact with Kari Leasure, aka Kari Cournoyer, aka Kari Kohen. This individual is a Lier and a Thief. Do not do business with her. She starts businesses such as the Drill Floor, Sweet Peach Productions, Buzz Entertainment, Big Inc. and tries to take your money. She has not product. She has no connections in any industry."
