I was also sucked in by the great prices and friendly staff. If you even think about ordering from these people....Run until you come to your senses.
I have reported them to American Express and the FBI consumer Internet fraud folks. Amex did remove my charges but have been unable to get any response from the company. They are still out there fooling people. You can see that the web site changes with the holidays. I don't understand why they have not been shut down.
Here is the transcript of my responses from them until they started ignoring me in September.
Your order is currently in transit to one of our U.S warehouses. Depending on the inspections and other transactions involved at the border, this could take a few to several more days.
