Claire, It sounds like you've jumped through quite a few hoops for Esaverusa. If they won't help you, go to your bank immediately. They might just be stalling until it gets past the point when your bank will be able to do anything about it. If it is, then I would suggest sending a complaint to the BBB or the AG. That should get any companies attention. Before you order anything you can always search the BBB's database to see if the company has a good BBB record or not. I did a search for Price Smart, and they have an unsatisfactory record with the BBB.
