Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
It is very frustrating and difficult for my husband and I to understand how he can be charged now for a second time on his Verizon home phone bill from

a company he did not order services or desire to have service! This shows up on his bill as ESBI (billing on behalf of TOTAL PROTECTIONPLUS).

Earlier in this year we noticed a charge of $13.92 (includes state tax & city sales tax) on page 4 of his bill and in that section you are directed to call for

billing questions to ESBI toll free to 1-888-295-3724...but also in a shaded

box it states "Billing on behalf of Total Protectionplus, Billing Questions call...

1-866-527-4932".

I donot remember which number I called the first time...but I did ask who

gave the permission for this service of "voicemail with ID theft protection" and I was told 'my name' as the person who ordered over the internet on such

and such date. I told the individual that this home phone service is under my husband's name only and I would not be authorized to add a voicemail or any

other service. You see my husband is hearing impaired and cannot access a voicemail! And, to please remove and credit his account asap...but, I also recall being told said something like it might take a couple of billing cycles...yada,yada! And, it did take that long or longer...I wonder how long it will take this time!!!

Well, I'm tired of this..SLAMMING or whatever you call it and believe it is time to tell Verizon bye, bye too; if they can't protect their valued customers! At least now-a-days there are more choices of phone companies?

I don't know what is worse though, billed for a service we didnot order or care to order because we cannot use it...or also being billed by the power company after 11 days of NO POWER use after Hurricane Ike for more than

any bill thus far this year!!! Oh, that's another "RIP OFF REPORT"!!! THANKS

Vivian
