ESBI charge on my phone bill-trying to find out why they charged me 15.36 for a service I have never used. Tried calling 800-460-0078 to find out what imail voicemail fee is.
No one answers.
Need to get this off my phone bill-Please help.

call frontier and tell them that this is fraud and you want it removed from your bill and that you want third party billing blocked on your account. this will take care of the problem so it wont happen again.
