Try contacting the "Processing Center" at 866-518-0933. I spoke with a Stephanie at extension 321, and her "supervisors" who identified themselves as "Mary" and "Gus." This entity claims to be the one which provides cancellations and credits for situations like yours. ESBI and some entity identified as BLVD Netwrok, LLC did the same thing to me in Winter Garden, FL. I think the Processing Center is in bed with ESBI and something called BLVD Network, LLC. They may also be affiliated with the name of the entity on your telephone bill. Trust me, EMBARQ will not help you. The best they will do is put a "block" on your telephone so that this supposedly will not happen again. Good Luck.
