When I received the suit, it did not fit, I returned the suit immediately expecting to receive a refund for the purchase price. To my dismay, I received a postcard from the company stating that because the suit was on clearance, it could not be exchanged or returned and would be donated to Charity. Mind you they are still selling the suit. When I spoke with the Customer Service Representative Supervisor, she advised that they still have more of these suits available, but the one that I sent back, never worn was donated to Charity.

 

 

I purchased a suit from Especially Yours on-line.  When I received the suit, it did not fit.  I immediatey returned the suit.  Awaiting a refund or credit, I was received a postcard from the company, stating that the suit had been donated to charity since it was a clearance item and suggested that I consult a tax advisor for my indiviual tax implications.  What gives this company the right to receive the suit back and keep my money. Also when I spoke with the Customer Service Supervisor, she told me that they still have the same suit on sale on the website. This is a ripoff, but a lesson learned, never purchase any items from Especially Yours, because they make up the rules as they go along making certain that it benefits them.
