Espresso Italia Marketing Ripoff locator service not what they promised Boynton Beach Florida
The biggest reason I invested with Espresso Italia is their assurance of a fantastic locator department that would research my area and bring me qualified leads. They told me I would not have to make cold calls, in fact I was told NOT to contact any location myself because the company locators were so professional and competent, I would be far better off letting them make initial contact. I believed them and so far with my 15 machines, purchased in Sept, I have received 9 so-called leads, some of which had been given false information. I actually placed 2 machines and after 2 months, neither place has purchased anything. They are still trying to get rid of the original free box of coffee. The last I heard, the locator dept is being reorganized and I should just go ahead and do cold calls myself. Apparently I am now better at it than they are.

Kathy, welcome to the world of Espresso Italia. you have just touched the tip of the iceberg. It gets better and will continue to amaze you how these guys stay in business. They are professional in what they do to make you feel it is your fault. If you are dissatisfied now, just wait. After a while you won't hear from them anymore. They ignore your phone calls and faxes, letters and emails. Once they have you sucked in, your recourse is minumal. Go to www.espressoitalia.org and leave info for future contact regarding E.I. Good Luck, with this pityful company.
