Essential Auto Care M-spec auto Brought the car in, they “diagnosed it” and charged us $1500 for diagnostic fee and spark plugs. Got car back and still had issues even worse.
Had towed to the dealership mechanics there advised the whole engine must be replaced nothing to do with spark plugs what they did, did nothing for our car and was a waste of money what did was rip us off.
