Essex Holdings - Navin Xavier Drained my mom with dementia's IRA Miami Gardens Florida
I am frightened by the commonality in complaints about Essex Holdings. Each complaint describes the same situation my family finds ourselves in today. My mother had a "financial advisor" who moved $75,000 from an IRA into Essex Holdings. My mother has dementia. We are trying to unravel her financial mess and received a letter from Navin Xavier stating flatly: (paraphrased) our investments in Chile didn't work out like we thought. We are setting up a "special account" to settle debts in Chile. Then we will settle up a "special account" to settle up with investors in the US. I am inclined to post this letter to this site after reading the outrageous responses from the company previously. This company does owe its investors explanations and money. My business response is this: man up. We will be in touch.
