Essex Holdings Navin Xavier I'm another Navin Xavier victim Miami gardens Florida
I too am a victim of navin xavier. I invested with Essex through a broker in Birmingham 4 years ago. This broker has since accidentally shot himself..... There is no one to contact..For 2 years there were promises after promises to repay investors in the Chili mine. Every month there was a 30 or 90 day date set for repayment. We all know by now that the money is gone. Navin has scams all over the country. I think his best one was scamming the state of South Carolina out of 1.2 million dollars in a grant to build a plant, grocery etc. Of course this hasn't happened. I have had to put my family home up for sale. I have received no distributions in 3 years. I only received about 13 percent of what I invested in the company. The FBI investigated him again, but as usual, no help there. Navin makes bernie Madoff look like an amateur. Navin has taken hundreds of people for millions and millions of dollars. If you ever hear the words..Essex or Navin Xavier, keep your hand on your wallet and run. If you hand it to him, that's what he is going to do.I hope he enjoyed his red carpet wedding. I paid for it. The rebuttals he posts here are a joke. Everyone that has invested with him knows it. If there are other investors reading this, I urge you, I beg you to share your story here. The world needs to find out about Essex. So many lives have been destroyed by him. I have severe health problems and my fiancee went through Cancer. We used the last of our savings to pay medical expenses. My house is on the market. It's not fancy. Just a 60's ranch, but it's all I had. I trusted Navin. I will trust another human being again. Emails go unanswered year after year, or if you do get one answered, it is of course another date when they expect to pay investors. Which we all know is n't going to happen.
