Estes Express Will not order online from Home Depot Again using Estes Express Richmond Virginia
I ordered online with Home Depot. The order was to be delivered in 4-6 days. I was given a tracking number for Estes Express and when checking on my order it sat across the country in one place for 4 days. I emailed them and they stated that it would arrive on time. The day it was to arrive they now say that it has been delayed for 4 more days. I ran the tracking number again and it says that it came to within 4 hrs from here then went to the south another 10 hrs away. I consider this to be very poor service and I will never order online from Home Depot again. This is a $1400.00 order and now I dont know where its going or when if ever it will be delivered!!
I contacted Home Depot and they have not replied.
