Hir casa appears to be helping obtain Home loans for Mexican citizens. Dont trust this company. I learned the hard way. They take a large cash fee up front promising a low rate interest home loan. In reality, the loan structure is a bottom less pit. Contracts are difficult to understand even for a bilingual individual. Esther is very nice and sweet until she gets your signature. After they have the up front commision, they no longer answer calls or emails. It's a high pressure sale, 'We have to do it today, the group is closing'.
They represent themselves as a bank. They are private lenders. A 50k usd loan is supposed to be 9 years fixed apr 8.5%. But after 9 years you would pay over 100,000 usd for the 50k loan. Have an attorney review any contract you sign in Mexico.
