Etour and travel I have bought a pakage for a girls trip and find out that they have taking money out of my bank account for 2 packages so I end up with 4 so when my bank inform me about my bank account what etour travel keep taking out money out of my account I bought a pakage for $150 they took over $550 dollar out of my account when I get in touch with the company they are telling me its way too late to cancel I tried to let them know I have been robbed its been going on for 2 years now no help so I am stuck with an extra pakage I dont want then they told me I can't take the trip with the girls that I have originally bought the trip for they told me I have to bring my husband are I cant go on the trip not only that I cant understand why they could just take money out of your account without authorization the whole situation is making me ill now I am force to go on a holiday in a couple of days without the initial people I have bought 1 of the pakage to go with I really need some help please in order for not to loses my money I have to pay more money to keep the packages and they told me I have to sell back one of the package to get back the money they stole from me and the person I sold it to can not travel the same time I travel all this wasn't told to me until January 2015 I have bought a pakage for me my sister girlfriends 2013 please please I need help to get this company to pay me back and to let people beware of what they are doing to people. orlando Florida
Hi I have bought a pakage from etour and travel I was expecting to pay for one but they stole money out of my bank account for a second pakage so I am stuck with 4 packages my bank was the one who inform me what etour and travel was doing to my account I bought the pakage for $150 but they took over $550 out of my account when I phone them they told me it was too late to cancel I ask them to late for what I only bought 1 pakage they wont give me back my money its been 2 years now and no help in order to not lose my money I have to pay for the pakage updated so I have initially bought a pakage in 2013 for a girls trip now in 2015 they are telling me I can't take the girls on the trip that I have to take my husband are I can't go on this trip so now they are telling me to sold back the extra packages I didn't sign up for this please I need some help please these people need to be stop they are criminals they just took money as they like without no authorization out of your account this whole situation is making me ill and I have to pull my husband off his job in a couple of days to go on the trip I have bought for me and the girls very angry Natasha
