In my oppinion, this guy is very dangerous and he works with a bunch of other people too. His "ex -wife" Cheryl and grown son Scott as well as a woman named Marilyn Jinks I think are all in it together. It's a total scam and there are probably more people because I have never heard of Britton. It's my understanding he is still actively doing it too, so hopefully this will pop up if someone researches him. He also claims to do coal deals, not sure about any of this, but I can say he is bad news and dangerous, pathological and he is old, so don't let him fool you. Steer clear!

Derrell Chamblee is a sick, lying, fake person! He lies about his age, about places that he owns, about his children, and God only knows what else. I know of many different girls that he was flying around,taking shopping, buying very expensive things for with probably all of these people's money. I feel so bad for his young son. He lies and acts like he is a good father and a Christian. This man is very very dangerous and very very manipulative. As for Cheryl or Scott, I belive he was married to Cheryl, Scott is his oldest son (which he lied about), and he has a younger son (around 11 or 12 years) and a deceased previous wife. He led many people in Destin to believe things that were very untrue and led them to believe he lived a life that he def. did not.
