ETP Plus Mastercard ripoff South Dakota
I was contacted through the mail with a phone number to call to activate a mastercard, when I called they got my checking account number and told me they were going to take $49.00 and send me the card ten days after. They took $99.00 from my account and I have yet to receive the mastercard and it has been nearly a month now.
