Etta After Several Complaints from Cleanliness to Medication Not Being Correctly Reported I was Placed On Call North Hollywood California
I Supported an Individual over 2 Years without any Problems when Hannah Siebert Ortiz Took over as Manager I would complain about Cleanliness of The Individuals Home and Medication Follow UPS Not Being Done Correctly! Then this Manager Had Real Issues about myself having a Great Relationship w The Family of The Person I Supported When I Was Ordered to By email by Manager Teri Langer on My Off Time ! I Said No!
As soon as I Mentioned I would get an Attorney She Immediately Changed. Then Claudia Wenger Arranged a Meeting March 19,2018 At My Scheduled Working Time. Etta Now Knew they Violated State and Federal Law Demanding I Come to Office on My Off Time. I Arrived and Claudia Wenger Teri Linger and HR From Modern Donna Attended Before which I have in emails about Addressing Concerns I was told The Individual I Supported No Longer Wanted Me?
Yet they said they knew of this Since Thursday March 15, 2018 and Ignored His Wishes! I was Placed On Call. Next Day Called Regional Center Van Nuys and Spoke to Claudia Williams and Reported a SIR she knew but The Facts were Reported Intentionally ! To Mislead State Officials and The Family. I gave The Truth as First Hannah Siebert Ortiz Stated to Miss Williams , Medication Was Delivered by Mail!
I Statec ;” That’s a Lie!” They are Physically Delivered! Second Miss Williams Stated How that I knew of This? I advised her I was the One that Discovered it and also Individual Had No Medication till Monday. And when there was a Meeting Miss Williams was Never Told of me or I was the one that Discovered it. So Someone in Upper Management Knew of this Intentional Miskead to Regional Center. I Have an Attorney and Etta Should Reconsider How When You Lie! You Get Caught. I Will Update!
