I am reporting Eunice K. Nakamura so that if anyone else is harmed by her unprofessional conduct, you will first know it is not you and any disrepect that you endured is actually similar to what I dealt with as well and you are not crazy.
My family was a victim by a hostile motel 6 worker and racist comments made. I contacted G6 Hopitality and spoke with Eunice K. Nakamura, of which she identified herself as "counsel" for this company. I was was shocked with the level of disrespect, her lack of ability to effectively communicate and listen without making or drawing a conclusion. The interaction to say the least was terrible and very disrespectful in her tone and the manner in which she presented herself. We were scheduled to have a 9am phone meeting, Ms. Nakamura was 24min late and her defense was not necessary apologetic but very defensive and borderline disrespectful.
I have an issue with any attorney that comes across as one that will jump to conclusions by their terms, comments and lack of neutral respectfulness and professionalism. I was not impressed with my first contact with this women and it will be because of her and her "dogmatic" approach, that will cause damages to and for the company she was hired to protect. I was not impressed whatsoever.
I WAS RECIEPTANT OF HER DISREPECT AND MY CLAIM WAS NEVER PROPERLY INVESTIGATED BY COMMINICATING WITH ALL PARTIES INVOLVED AND TAKING A STATEMENT OF WHICH WE WERE NEVER INTERVIEWED.

Well, Eunice I have yet to hear from you since I am "messing with an attorney" Oh I forgot- you just recently frozed to death and needed to recover from your bad luck. Well treat the public right and you too can have peace and harmony. I will be waiting 'attorney"- LOL

For those of you that will read this. Eunice is acting out her on this platform. If you read this closely, she is getting me told and disclosing what she allegely found in looking into the matter.
Think about it.....who is going to respond to a 'specific" post such as this and put up all that you read, it's Eunice. Now, you can see clearly what we have had to go through. I just got the impression that she is an angry person to come off in the manner that she has. I am excited that others will read this and see just what we had to go through.
Once again THANK YOU for putting up such DETAILS of how you felt and why you did NOTHING to resolve thie matter, not even an apology.

Wow Eunice, It's clear that the post is coming from you! That's really sad that you have stooped so low to actually comment here instead of using some dignity. It's also sad that you can't "woman" up and say that you're Eunice. Someone seems butthurt and it's not the author of the post. I believe everything this woman has said based off your nasty comment, I wouldn't use your law office to scratch my toe. Instead of butthurt, maybe you're pocket hurt. Yikes.

Thank you for your response. It keeps this thread going, good job. You have so much to say BUT WAS NOT THERE. So, If I stand correct, this is "someone we know". I love it!~
Here is your assignment: Go look up the definition of SLANDER AND LIBEL.....lol then you tell me. In law, it not what you say it is WHAT YOU CAN PROVE.

Sorry to say this but we ALL deal with harsh words. YOU however are sniffing around for FREE MONEY!!! And when they DO NOT give into to YOUR outragous demands, then automatically THEY are the NEXT person YOU have a problem with. GROW A THICKER SKIN!!!! Its just words!! Its what YOU put on them that gives them the sting. STOP trying to play the victim!!! YOU with just the few posts YOU have made within the past 24 hours have used MORE defamatory speech then ANY that YOU recieved. And YOU have done this on a MEDIA OUTLET!!! Meaning YOU have done this in PUBLIC and YOU have done it willingly and with intent to cause harm!!!! Ask yourself a question...How fast do YOU think your tiny little chocolate starfish is going to pucker once this LAWYER that YOU have willingly defamed comes after YOU PERSONALLY for what YOU have posted?? YOU had a 50% responsibility in the situation. Maybe act MORE like a real human being and NOT like some self entitled jack*** who expects EVERYONE to put up with YOUR abuse.
