This is what I would do...Call CBS and ask for their fax number. Fax over a copy of the bill you received of the charges in question and the bill following that one that shows you have no charges owed for the previous month. Call your old telephone provider and let them know what CBS is claiming and demand they research it further. CBS should get back with you after 48 hours. If they do not, call customer service and ask them to follow up on the fax you sent. If this still does not resolve your issue, please come back to this post and update your report. We all would like to know if all of these complaints are being resolved or not.
