To Jeff in Illinois: I cannot comment on your specific experience with everdial, but can give you my personal experience... I too, went some of the same things you did with everdial, then primus, and ultimately sprint. Primus did not have a carrier for the Portland, OR. area so they switched me to Sprint. I get a bill from Primus, but my interstate and national LD carrier is Sprint. All calls 24x7 are billed at .049 cents a minute. I have 5 phone lines (personal/business) all through primus/sprint and they even provide an 800 number free of charge for all my business lines. They too, are at 4.9 cents a minute. The bills from primus are very detailed and much better than Quest or AT&T I've dealt with in the past. I have no monthly fees from primus. The only fees I have are the normal state, county, federal and universal fees (about 3.70 a month). I also have other friends/family using Primus with the same results and satisfaction. I completely empathize with your situation as I too had to deal with some of your frustrations in the beginning. But, I guess you get what you pay for when dealing with sales people who deal with quotas. My experience as a customer with their service has been quite good...my 2 cents worth.
