my name is Troy and I have been ripped off by Everest Consumer Services. Around May or June 2004 I was contacted by the company and was offered a credit card. I was told that if I did not accept the card it would tarnish my credit score so I decided to accept it.

My checking account was debited for 299.00 dollars. The date today is 11/22/2004 and I still don't have a card. I called the customer service number(1-866-276-1478) more times than I can remember. After about three and a half months of calling "customer service" I was put on a "refund list" which takes 30 business days to be deposited in my account(from 9/28/04).

Well you can guess that the refund has somehow been delayed and they don't know why. They also said that Everest Consumer Services doesn't issue credit cards just applications. After researching the company I discovered it was a fraud.
