In September I was contacted at home by Brian from ECS telling me I was approved for a credit card with a limit of $2,000. hey took the money out of my account on Sept. 27 2004. They told me I would receive the card 15 working days later. After three weeks went by I called CCR, their customer service company, and was told it takes 15 to 30 working days. So at the end of 6 weeks I called again, you guessed it, their shipping is backed up with all the orders so it will take another week. At the end of that week I called again and told CCR that either I get the card in the mail in two days or I want a full refund.

I just got off the phone with CCR today and the rep told me the true story. The company wants a full list of customers so they can start refunding their money to them but he said dont bank on it. Other people have been waiting for their refunds since June.

I told him that I am going to the District Attorney's office and file Mail Fraud charges with him and the Post Master General's office and to see about a class action suit against them.

This card was going to help me and my wife get our credit on the right track and help with Christmas for our 4 daughters and 16 grandchildren. Well needless to say it was a sad day. So I am going to do everything in my power to make these people pay for the rest of their lives.

So please help me help you by getting this class action suit going by sending me your emails. These people will pay and pay dearly.
