Evony Violators of their own TOS
For years Evony has run this fantastic marquee banner stating "There are NO CHEATS in game, in case of any account will be closed instantly"
Yet for years the number of people botting has continued to grow. So much so that some alliances demand it. If you don't bot it makes it almost impossible to even survive.
Evony's TOS even says that multi-accounting is not permitted, yet guess what? Again several players have them. Some have been known to have 100s of accounts. Easily all ran with the help of Bots.
These have both been around and quite active for several years. Evony has had more than ample time to put a stop to the cheating that continues to grow with each new server. Yet instead they choose to violate their own TOS and permit the botting and multi-accounting to go on, by refusing to do anything about it.
And lest we forget, heaven forbid you try to take a stand and speak out against it in their forums, because you get banned for saying such words as 'bot' and 'cheat' yet they still permit the botters and cheaters to run hot and heavy throughout the realms and all the while doing nothing to stop it.
I for one think it is time that Evony be made to answer to their own TOS. Either they be forced to follow them or they be forced to shut down. Either way, full refunds should be issued for anyone and everyone until Evony decides to run a completely fair game.
Violating TOS, regardless of which side is in violation is simply illegal and is punishable by law!!!!
