For those have bad experiences with EVOSales.com, do the following 2 actions:
1. Call the Texas Attorney General's consumer Protection department
2. File a complaint with the Department of motor vehicles Lemon law. If you have not had repairs completed in 30 days, the lemon law applies.
Put them out of business. If enough complaints are filed, a pattern of behavior will be exposed.

This is an update to my report written several days ago. I had issues with the scooter I purchased from EVO sales. After speaking with Moises several hundred times it seems like, we came to a conclusion, although it was not very beneficial to me, I went and paid out of pocket to get my scooter fixed and EVO gave me a labor allowance of $63.** towards my expenses. I had to have a new set of rings and a piston installed on my scooter, their labor allowance barley covered the first hour of labor at $60.00 an hour.
So in the end I got my scooter fixed, but mostly at my expense, it cost me $265.00 total. And they gave me $63 bucks.
And in their company policy it states if you are shipped the "wrong item", which includes the wrong color you are supposed to get a $20.00 refund, well they do not honor this, even though my original order was for a BLUE/WHITE scooter, I recieved a BLUE/SILVER one.
So all and all I still got the short end of the stick on the deal, I purchased a NEW scooter from them, and I spent several weeks dealing with an array of issues with it.
In the future Moises and Rony, you should personally test each and every scooter you sell or shipout, this would prevent problems like this in the future. This way if a customer has an issue you can tell them, "hey it was tested working perfect before shipment"
For those of you in the past or future that need contact information, I benefited from this so I'm sure others will that cannot get through to anyone on the 800 number, here is the Phone number for both of these gentlemen if you need to contact them, Moises 323-620-4789. The owner Rony's number is 323-244-6230.
Rony and Moises, get upset all you want to but when you advertise free tech support and customers call the 800 number several times and never get an answer from anyone, well the customer has a right to get the help they deserve. And further more before I even purchased my scooter there was problems with the phone lines and I called ten times before Moises even answered the phone and finally called me back on his cell number to talk about business.

Sorry that your shopping experience with http://evosales.com home of the scooter was not good.
Your post is a little confusing, you start by saying that the scooter was damaged in shipping but then move on to talk about mechanical issues. Did you file a claim with the freight company? Shipments are fully insured.
It's not right that you had to pay extra to get the scooter delivered to your door. Our price includes residential delivery with lift gate. Please send us a copy of your receipt from the freight company and we will take it up with them. To the very least, we will get them to refund you any extra charge you may have paid.
The scooter is a 2009 year model that was manufactured in 2008. We advertise and sell it as such.
It's too bad the scooter has multiple problems, but we don't feel that consists of us ripping you off. By your own admission we sent you parts on many occasions. This should indicate that we are trying to resolve your issues.
I'm a little surprised by your claim that we refuse to send you parts. We never refuse to send parts to a customer. If we send a part that does not fit or work, we ask the customer to send us both the broken part and replacement part back so we can make sure we send the correct part the second time around. We even offer shipping reimbursement. Some customers refuse to send us the broken and wrong parts back and we are unable to send any further part in that case. If you comply with our request and send the parts back, then we can send new parts.
You mentioned that there were some labor expenses as well. As per our policy, customers can get up to 7% of the purchase value towards labor. In our response to your complaint against our company with the BBB we requested that you send us a copy of your receipt so we can refund you the labor expenses but we have yet to receive it.
You noticed you are not the first to file a Ripoff.com report against our company. Http://evosales.com has been in business selling scooters online since 2003. We sold thousands of scooters and your complaint is the 3rd one. Even though we feel it's 3 too many, that is not a bad track record.
