Hello, I am so sorry for your confusion and frustration in this experience you went through. I think a simple voice to voice conversation would have cleared up this issue rather swiftly instead of emailing back and forth which only made this situation blown out of proportion but you never called us. We gave you instructions many times on how to accept the domain name account change that would enable you to take ownership of the domain name and you could then transfer it to godaddy or wherever you wanted to. Since you didn't seem to follow the instructions and are sorry this didn't work for you, we simply canceled the domain name so that anyone now has access to it including you. Please see proof the domain name account change initiation email that was clearly sent to you and the cancellation proof: (In any case we do not register domain names anymore for our clients, as we allow them to register their own domain names so they have full control over them to avoid situations like this from a customer that does not understand how to follow instructions in the email they received on how to accept the domain name transfer.) *********************************************** This message is to confirm that you have initiated a change of registrant for the following domain name(s): 2PERFUMES.COM The email address for the new registrant of the domain is (((ROR REDACTED E-MAIL ADDRESS FOR SECURITY PURPOSES))). ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ If for any reason this information is incorrect or you feel this change of registrant request was made in error, you may cancel this change of registrant.
