BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL. We arrived at the hotel and it looked very old and worn. The appearance was a total dissapointment. The service was cold and unfriendly as I asked to view the rooms. The rooms looked very old, dirty and uncomfortable. I noticed the beds, noticed the old bedspreads, the old thin blankets and very thin and hard pillows. The room had a old scent, like mold.

I asked the clerk (older India man) if I could have a refund, and he stated no refunds. I was very unhappy. I went online to Expedia and noticed there are no refunds. I was very unhappy again. My grandson (7) started crying said he was scared, refused to stay there. My daughter (44) was scared. The people outside of the hotel were drinking and smoking in a group. I was concerned for my car rental.

We went to eat, came back and went into our rooms. My daughter insisted that I stay in their room, my husband stayed in the otherone alone. The blankets on the bed were very old, the heater would not turn up to a higher level, it was very cold outside and inside. The heater showed 68...I froze all night. I gave my blanket to my daughter and grandson. I tried all night to adjust the heater, it would not adjust. NO PHONE to call the office.

The bathrooms are also old. The wallpapers did not match, the flooring was old, the carpet had a smell to it, the TV was very old, at least 20 years old. Just OLD. We did not feel safe, comfortable or satified with the whole setting. If you stay in the area, please go to a upscale hotel. There is many nice hotels in the area. I would NOT recommend this Hotel even to my enemy. I spent to much money for what I got. VERY UNSATISFIED!

I put in my report that it was ExpediaIT, sorry it was HOTELS.COM. I called Hotels.com to get a refund but they would only give me a voucher for $100.00. I spent more than that. The voucher is good for only 1 year. I can only use the voucher 1 time for the whole amount they said. Dah! A hotel will cost me that for sure next time
