I made contact with Rhonda via the internet. She called me an sounded so sincere, giving me her licence number etc. I was leery since I had been scammed another time with another company from Tamarac fla. She told me their methods of selling were different from other companies She was so glib she would have put a used car salesman to shame. I gave her my credit card number to charge $998.00. When I discussed it with my husband he told me I had been scammed again. I immediately called her and cancelled the contract.

At this point I hadn't signed anything. I sent a registered overnight mail (which was returned to me they had refused it. I contacted my credit card and they had already taken the money.

The next day a man called me and the hard pressure sale tactics were applied again. He cut the price to $499.00 the remaining to be paid when the time share was sold. I gave in and faxed a contract. This took place the 20th of October 2008 and since then I haven't been contacted and my emails have been ignored.

Mrysn, I have to tell you, this is very surprising to me. When I had spoken to Rhonda, I was skeptical as all heck after putting my la costa beach resort on the market three times previously... but it sounded different than what i had done in the past, and I was willing to try one more time after Rhonda thoroughly explained everything to me and I had even recouped two of the fees I had lost before thanks to her direction. To my surprise, after about 120 days, my la costa beach resort went into closing for a discounted price. I recommend Executive Timeshare Marketing to anyone looking to their resort. Rhonda's efforts should be commended. -Joe Madison, WI

Interesting, I fronted a $1000 fee as well to sell my las vegas property with them and it was sold for a discounted price within two months, what resort do you have it might be a tough one to place on the resale market?
