I'm the primary owner for a timeshare called westgate blue tree resorts. I had a Darly Suvillen from a company called executive timeshare marketing inc. contacted me and the other secondary owner and offered to help us sell our timeshare.
We agreeded for this company to help us sell the timeshare since were now divorce. we signed and paid for the contract on 03-18-2009.
After we signed the contract we never heard a word from them a few months later we found out that there numbers were disconnected and they never responded back thru email or mail to our questions.
We feel this company is fraud and we want our money back and see justice happen because I feel that there doing this to thousands of people and getting away with it.
Please help us we have been struggling with this for almost a year now. Thanks

We listed our Royal Elite timeshare with Executive Timeshare Marketing in August of 2012. They were very friendly, persistent, and eager to give us great information regarding how quickly our week would sell. As you can see, it's been over a year and we've NEVER received a phone call regarding our listing. We've reduced the asking price several times and each time we did, it took more than 2 phone calls to get the price correct on the website. This company could care less about you once you give them your $600. I advise against anyone using them to "sell" your timeshare. If only we could get back the money we so willingly, so foolishly gave them...
