Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
We received a collections letter from Exelco with an invoice from Better Global Business Solution stating that this must be paid immediatley then our account would be closed. We never opened an account, or ordered any type service from these people. We have also had the same thing happen to us from PhonePages and YourCompanyListing.com. I faxed Exelco back stating we didn't owe this and I inform them they are on ripoffreport.com!

These people are scams

DO NOT pay this invoice these people are scams. More than likely they called you at sometime to update your business info and you did, but at that time they did not tell you that they were agreeing to this bogus account or charge. More than likey all they have is a recording of you saying yes to questions you were asked. They have ways of changing recordings around to make it sound like you have agreed to this bogus charge. Write the Attoreny General, FTC and BBB in your state and the state the Better Global Business Solutions is located in. Do some research, if you find out they are located in Canada call the Canadian phone busters and file a report with them. Also if they send you an invoice in the mail contact the postal service for fraud. If this company only has a recording they can do nothing. Do Not at anytime send them any correspondence in the mail with a signature. Scams like this have been know to make a bogus contract and add a signature, taken from your correspondance. DO NOT ever pay this invoice they can do nothing to you or your business, they are a scam and know it. All they can and will do is harass you alot. When they call and you find out who they are just hang up, unless your bored then play with them (don't give out any information). I battled YourCompanyListing.com for over 2 years now I just hang up they haven't called in over a year. Reason it went on for so long is the idiot manager before me was paying them, I'm not that stupid. It became a stupid game, I did some research and filed complaints and they have gone away for now. Be very careful when someone calls wanting to update your business info, find out who it is and unless your already doing business with them or are going to do business with them hang up, with out updating anything. More than likey if it is someone your already doing business with they won't be calling. I never update my info over the phonel. Now that your on this type of scam list they tend to sell your info to other scams just like this one, so be careful. This scam is probably the same type of scam that YourCompanyListing.com is. I repeat DO NOT PAY THIS INVOICE they can do nothing to you but harass you. If you file the proper fraud reports and stick to your guns they will go away, it make take time, but hang in there.

SEND IT CERTIFIED MAIL RETURN RECEIPT - THEY WILL CLAIM FAX NEVER RECEIVED. Your posting on ROR will not stop them from trying to collect. Send the debt validation letter and cease communications letter VIA CERTIFIED MAIL RETURN RECEIPT. They are required by law to prove the debt is yours and don't let them tell you they are not - Validation IS NOT THE INVOICE THEY SEND YOU. www.budhibbs.com - EDUCATE YOURSELF ON DEBT COLLECTORS AND HOW TO DEAL WITH THEM
