Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
We were solicited off of craigslist by someone claiming that he had a great job that would make tons and tons of money, but first he needed to review our resume to see if we qualified. Well when he called back he immediately put me in to his "sizzle" call and then set up a time to meet. We were then told what he wanted us to hear and we purchased the $750 kit. My wife was all jazzed and being as she is a professional marketing agent had a great idea to start marketing the product on EBAY. After having it in our store for a few weeks we were harrassed by someone from exfuze that said that we were not being moral or ethical by selling our product on ebay. My wife said, well what do you want us to do sell the product or sell the Multi Level Marketing!! and then went on to say that it is very obvious to us that you dont want to propel the product , just the plan.

After we cancelled our membership and distributorship and after exfuze confirmed it was cancelled, some woman named BOBBIE continued to both harass and threaten us that if we sold the product that we owned and payed for that they would report us to ebay. After I pointed out that there distributor rules did not apply to us and had cancelled any affiliation with the company and even made an offer to her to buy back the product I told her that we were now CONSUMERS and could drop it out of airplanes, sell it at a garage sale, sell it on ebay etcc. At that point I told her that if she made any further contact with me that I would consider it harassment and that I would sue her personally.

Although this is a good product it is very sad to see that this company doesnt care about marketing the product, but only about how many people it can get involved in this stupid scam.

Critical Thinker

Texas,
Read the Agreement (and don't blame the company if you didn't)

When you signed up as an eXfuse representative, did you read the Independent Distributor Agreement? It came right up in a Google search.

I'm guessing you didn't, because if you had, you would have noticed Section 3.2.1, which, among other things, specifically states:

"EID’s may not sell eXfuze products on eBay or any other Internet auction site."

You breached your contract, period.

And as far as selling them afterwards, after you were no longer a distributor? That's covered in 11.2:

"An EID whose business is canceled will permanently lose all rights as an EID. This includes the right to sell eXfuze products and services..."

And just in case you missed it, they say it again:

"The former EID shall not hold himself or herself out as an eXfuze EID and shall not have the right to sell eXfuze products or services."

Look, you didn't know any better and you made a mistake. You didn't do your due diligence, and you signed a contract without reading it thoroughly. That doesn't exempt you from responsibility.

Suck it up, consider it a lesson learned, but don't blame the company -- the contract is perfectly clear, and you were in violation of it.

Well number one nobody gets solicited from craigslist. You search things out on craigslist. Number two your wife isnt that much of a professional marketer that you say she is because networkmarketing is one of the best business models out there Ebay is full of scams not network marketing. Listen to Robert Kiosaki (Rich Dad Poor Dad) Sorry this type of business isnt for you or your wife and you want to make a quick dollar. Thats your loss but to bad mouth a very good company and very good business model thats your bad. You say its a good product and then call it a scam. That would be a hipocrit and no certain things you cannot sell on ebay just because you own the product if you were to buy a disney product if they didnt want you to sell it on ebay you could not do it because you don't own the exclusive rights! sorry
