Wow, I did not realize how bad this was I just know how violated I feel and it is an awful feeling when your worst fears come true. I didn't want to believe he was lying to me. I never read someone's cell phone but I am glad I decided to read Amir's text messages between him and David in October of 2011. I read the communications where Amir was saying he was going to get me for more money and David was telling Amir to tell me that I was smart. This should have been enough for me to walk away last October. But I had suffered so much loss in the three year period that I felt I needed someone in my life who loved me and he saids those words and he knew that was what I needed because I went to his clinic for wieght loss clearly my self esteem was not all it could have been as well. I had 20k in savings and when I told Amir I had the money in December but chose not to give it to him. He abruptly and for no reason ended our relationship. My mother the entire time told me he was only after me because of my money and I did not want to believe it because he told me he loved me. It is interesting that they pick women without husbands because a husband would pick up on their lies. I think it is also interesting that Exmovere's David Bychkov is about products that pick up on emotions or are suppose to and its ironic how Amir was very in tune to my emotions and manipulated me accordingly. I was vulnerable but I had my daughter I had to protect so there was no way in hell I would give him money that needed to be used for her protection. Amir kept asking me to give him 2,000 and I learned later he loaned David's wife the money in order to keep David from going to jail. So Amir is an unethical person because all of that money from those women is what David and his wife were living at very expensive apartments in McLean Virginia the Lofts at Parkcrest. Using their life savings to live large because David had a lapband and flew to Mexico for treatments all on the corporations dime. I don't know about you but I have good friends who are CEOs and they would never spend the money on the business in that way. There is still no products in the market place and Amir showed me a check of 75,000,000 he claimed David gave him for his shares/dividends. There are not sales so how can he be getting dividends to the tune of 75,000,000. Truly they are criminals and I hope and pray that they are caught and brought to justice for their wrong doing there has to be a way to help those ladies get their money back. Lately, I learned that David no longer lives in The Lofts it makes me wonder if he is going to abandoned everything altogether because I think money is running low. Exmovere seems to have a skeleton crew and I haven't seen any recent updates on the website. Thank you for the 800 number I am going to call it and thank you for setting one up for Amir Pakpour he is slimy.. to say least. I just hope these posts will stop them and save other vulnerable women from their tactics. Reading Amir's texts to David stopped me eventhough I wanted to believe he loved me realize it is all a lie. I feel they should do jail time at the very least or pay the money back to those women.

My heart goes out to you as a victim of Exmovere and David Bychkov and his cronies. But you should be grateful that you lost only $500 as other women have lost much more.
Amir Pakpour appears to have replaced Cheyenne Crow who was COO of Exmovere until he was fired in April, 2011 for abandoning his duties by virtue of shacking up with his girlfriend, Irina Borisenko, in my apartment in New York City for three months. This man who professed love for this lady romanced her into investing $25,000, a third of her lifetime savings. He romanced thirteen other women out of nearly one million dollars swindling them into investing into worthless Exmovere stock luring them with the tall tale of an impending IPO - one lady for her $150k IRA, another for her $102k daughter's college fund and another for her $6k tax refund.
Early on in the Exmovere history another lady invested $700k but we do not know the circumstances behind that investment. It appears that a good portion of the investments in Exmovere came from single or divorced women who were romanced into the investment.
Two of Cheyenne Crow's victims are in contact with the FBI regarding their Exmovere investment and it appears that there is an active FBI case open. I established the "Cheyenne Crow Victims Hotline" with the toll free telephone number of 800-687-4557 which thirteen female victims of Cheyenne Crow responded.
If you are interested in contacting the two ladies mentioned above who are interested in speaking with you please call the Hotline and I will get you in touch with them.
I am also going to establish the "Amir Pakpour Victims Hotline" with the above phone number - I am sure that I will receive calls from other women like you.
Best of luck to you.
