I've been a shareholder for quite some time now. Boy, was I shocked to find out that the company needed me to pay $1,000 to have my 144 restrictions removed from my certificates. Does anyone know of any other reputable company that does this? I wonder if it's even legal. Then, once I get those pesky restrictions removed, you'd think I'd be all set to sell my shares of mine (they are now called GDRs, mind you). But it seems that this darn stock isn't doing anything at all on the Frankfurt exchange. It's just sitting there looking all pretty with its X3M symbol. Call me crazy, but the company's explanation that trades weren't showing up because there were some technical glitches is just a bunch of bologna. I have heard from a broker that the share value is 0. Yes, you read that right, I said ZERO, one big fat goose egg.

My patience is wearing thin. Okay, admittedly, I have no more patience. I now am furious. All Exmovere and David Bychkov wants is more money from me. Since I bought initially, I've gotten regular emails telling me I'd better hurry up and buy because the price is going up in just a few days. In fact, one email told me that I could gain nearly 40% in value due to the exchange rate and there were very few high-yield investments like this available. You're darn tootin'. And I'm a monkey's uncle.

So, now that the VA SCC has issued a "stop sell" order to Exmovere, they can no longer sell shares in Virginia and the U.S. To have the "stop sell" order listed, they must file with the SCC again and provide a complete annual report. Does anyone see that happening? Fat chance. So, my fellow shareholders, our only option is to sell on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Here's the twist: you need to find your own buyer over there. No, I am not kidding you. Once a buyer is found,  it costs even more money to finalize the transaction. But don't worry, you won't ever get that far, because NO ONE IS BUYING EXMOVERE STOCK. Okay, I'm calming down. Sorry about that. I guess we can always use the certificates for toilet paper since we flushed our money down the drain when we got involved with these characters.
