I can't beleive what I am hearing, it's like exactly the same thing they did to me. They keep telling me that I checked the box that said I read the terms and conditions that stated it was non-refundable. Like who actually reads that, I just clicked it. I don't care that it said it was non-refundable, why should I read it. Well anyway, my credit card company denied my request to dispute after Expedia sent a copy of the terms and conditions, and the whole time they just kept saying how sorry they were that I missed that part. Whatever, like I know you don't even care about me. So, I told all my girlfriends not to book on their website , so I am like sure that my whole Sorority house not buying from them will like shut them down by the end of the year. Why don't you help out and tell all your cool buddies too. Let's Boycott the evil travel companies and their 'terms and conditions.' Like how dare they!

After my third attempts trying to resolve the case with a different supervisor at Expedia, they finally agreed to refund me the whole amount. It was a long fighting conversation and hassle with them to make them refund the full amount.

Out of $1,193, Expedia refunds me only the portion for car rental and hotel for $522 in total. They should have refunded me the full price, which they don't since they lied and claimed that they didn't have a record of me making a call to do cancellaiton. This is all a lie by them. Please be aware if you decide to book anything with Expedia, especially when you cancel anything, make sure you record your conversations with them. If something happen, you can confront them with proof. Unfortunatley this is happening to me, and I don't want this to happen to anybody else.
