No airline issues paper tickets any more, everything is electronic. It's VERY rare that you will actually get a physical ticket and since you booked online, because you cannot book over the phone with them, you should have read your rules and regulations, it tells you after you book what type of ticket you will be receiving, you probably skipped over that and went to the next page. It specifically says at the bottom please print your confirmation for your ETICKET. Your email that you receive after booking also states ETICKET. Paper tickets are worthless, not to mention if you get a physical paper ticket it will ask you how you wish it to be shipped, you choose, you are charged for shipping. Expedia has done nothing wrong and actually an eticket is easier than a paper ticket-no chance of it getting lost so I don't know why your complaining. Trust me, you lose a paper ticket oh well you dont' fly they don't reissue another, you can't lose an eticket.

What exactly was it that led you to believe that your ticket was a "physical" one? Did you purchase an e-ticket, or a paper ticket? You haven't listed enough information for anyone to realize how Expedia ripped you off. And the Thank You Network isn't a "crock of you-know-what". If you read up on it at www.thankyounetwork.com, you can find out how useful it may be to the frequent traveler. Have a nice day, -J
