We agreed to pay $650.00 for an email marketing campaign on November 14th as a one time service to try Expedite Media Group. We were extremely dissatisfied with the results and notified Nicole Meier at Expedite Media Group of same. Of course they had several excuses and we made our intentions clear that we will not be using them again for any further services. On the 29th of December 2008, our visa card was billed for an additional $650.00 which we did not approve or authorise. We contacted Expedite and got no response. We contacted our Bankers and told them to investigate and have this payment reversed immediately. We are also in the process of reporting Expedite Media Group to the following bodies and urge all other victims to do the same:

- FBI

- Better Business Bureau

- Direct Marketing Association

- Internet Fraud Commission

- Dun and Bradstreet

- Consumer Protection Agency

- The Miami/Dade Police

- The Aurora Police Department

- Cyber Crime Authority

We will also be paying for notice of legal action and criminal proceedings against Expedite Media Group to appear in the Local Newspapers of Miami/Dade and Aurora, IL. We are also going to be contacting local newspapers and television reporters in Aurora IL and IL State to file a report on Expedite. We are not going to give up until we have our refund from this company. This is fraud in the highest degree and we will not allow them to get away with it.

I have no affiliation with Expedite Media, but I do often read the complaints for various companies online. Most of what I see is a over-worried complaint (non-logical), and a poor choice on the consumers behalf. If that makes sense. Unfortunately 9-10 times there usually is an agreement in play. The FBI does not handle financial issues of less than $50,000 in sum. The police can't interfere in part. It's a civil matter which means it has to go through the process in which you'd more than likely be wasting your time. Unfortunately the law isnt exactly on your side. If you cared that much about the $650 your best bet is to read and trust the agreement as their usually is one in play before handing someone your credit card.
