TORONTO- Toronto Police are warning the public about a “pardon” scam. Investigators have said it involves an online company listed as “Expedited Pardons Canada,” that advertises services for processing pardons and waivers to enter the U.S.A for a small fee.
Police have said the scam usually begins with the company calling prospective clients to arrange money and identification to be sent to them. Sometimes, a meeting is scheduled to deliver the documents in person.
Once the exchange is made, police said the company cuts off communication with the client and no pardon is received.
Anyone who has any information about the company, or has been affected by the scam, is being asked to call police.
This con-artist husband and wife duo have been terrorizing people for too long. Over 80 people have complained about them to the Better Business Bureau and Law Society of Upper Canada and nothing has happened. The victims may not get their money back, but they might be able to see justice.

This is the true fact: Dominion Pardon and Waivers and a few other pardon companies under the umbrella of Dominion Pardons and waivers are the only known companies run by a husband and wife team, which by the way also includes their family members. I am sure one of their employees was coerced to write this fabricated report to tarnish Expedited Pardons Canada. Furthermore the Better Business Bureau and the Law Society of Upper Canada should be notified as to the unscrupulous business practices of Dominion Pardons and Waivers and the rest of the companies associated with Mr. Breslin as it is Mr. R. Breslin who is the true head of Dominion pardons and waivers. That would be justice.

I am a client of this company and I have to say they have been nothing but professional. When I called someone picked up the phone and gave me good advice with fair and reasonable prices. There were no pressure tactics and from the first call until now they have performed according to their name. They acted expeditiously with forms and my file.
I am very confident that I picked the right people to do the right job and help me move on with my life.

We do not have a client named Cameron and never have. We have never lost anyones file, There is no criminal investigation at all. We never take cash from clients. We always answer calls and emails in a timely manner. We have never had a single complaint let alone the 80 that are alleged.
I defy this "so called" Cameron to provide his address and phone number and provide proof that he has ever paid us a single dollar. I do not believe there is a real person named Cameron. The claims of this "Cameron", are nothing more than a big lie geared to defame, libel and slander our company, Expedited Pardons and Waivers. The real criminal is the so-called "Cameron" person and others who may be behind him.
Cameron's report is just an attempt by the competition to defame and libel us because we are a threat to them. We provide good service at a fair price whereas many of the competitors charge thousands of dollars for this service which we provide for only $699 or less. Other companies try to scam clients by telling them if they pay more the job can get done faster and this is just not true since we need to wait for Government documents and they take time to obtain. No-one has special privileges other than the police.
Also, unlike other companies we do not string clients along for years.
