I tried to register with ssn.gov to see how my disabillity claim was going. It said that according to my credit report I have a morgage loan and a store credit card and wanted to know the bank's name and how much I pay each month. Same with the store card. Of course I couldn't answer those questions so they banned me from registering for 24 hours. So, I do a free credit report check. Experian asked me the same questions which I couldn't answer. So, I got the othert two reports which were accurate but no experian report. I went to the dispute section of their website and it had the report without the false information so I couldn't dispute it. So I started calling the provided phone numbers but only got the same "Menu-go-round" I have tried every phone number provided and I can't seem to reach a living person. I keep being prompted to freeze my account but all I want to do is clear the false information that's adversly affecting my life. If anyone wishes to take legal action against Experian i'll be glad to jump on the bandwagon. Whoever put that false information on my account is a criminal and should be wearing orange.
