We just bought a 2016 Heartland Big Country from Explore USA in Denton, Texas this month. Once the sales people did the deal and received the funds they basically would not give us the time of day. They installed a new Washer & Dryer and when we got to our destination which was only 2 miles from the dealership we found that the Washer and dryer was not installed correctly. So when I went to talk to them to see if they would please send a tech to me to adjust the unit Dustin told me that they could not and would not send a tech to my location that I would have to bring it to them and drop it off and leave it to be repaired. So much for customer service, I was warned about this companies service record but I found the unit we wanted and bought it anyway. Big mistake on my part. I was told the unit had whisper air and it does not. The air is so loud we cannot hear the tv. I wish I had it to do over I would not have bought any unit from this company. They are horrible to deal with and have a attitude once they complete the sale.  The sales people will tell you anything whether it is the truth or a lie just to get the sale. Please do your homework before you buy from anyone and take it from us stay clear of these crooks.
